The Role – Legal Secretary
As a Legal Secretary in the Commercial Property and Corporate department, you will provide essential administrative and typing support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your duties will include:
- Audio and copy typing using the BigHand digital dictation system
- Producing legal documents and case file notes with a high degree of accuracy
- General administrative support including filing, document formatting and correspondence
- Handling client queries via telephone and in person
- Supporting fee earners and the wider legal team with organisational tasks

Must have:
