What you\βll do β Inbound Customer Service Advisor: β Answer inbound customer calls β Accurately input data into bespoke software β Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries with care What we\βre looking for β Inbound Customer Service Advisor: β Great customer service skills (retail, hospitality, office, or call centre experience welcome!) β Confident IT user β Ability to handle challenging conversations No call centre experience?
