Flower Packing Operative – Valentine’s Peak Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour £18.32 per hour for overtime (over 40 hours worked in a week) The Role: We are recruiting Flower Packing Operatives to support a busy warehouse during the Valentine’s Day peak period. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working with fresh flowers and customer orders. Duties will include: Quality checking flowers Preparing flowers for the production line Loading flowers onto a moving conveyor belt and following job instructions Ensuring bouquets are completed correctly Scanning barcodes linked to customer orders Picking the correct bouquet and any requested extras Packing, taping, and labelling boxes Moving completed orders onto the correct racking ready for despatch Some tasks are physical and will involve lifting and moving stock. The Opportunity: This is a short-term temporary role to support Valentine’s Day demand.
