An established and growing company is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Van Driver / Stores Person to join its team. This is a varied, hands-on role within a supportive working environment, offering opportunities for training and career development. This position would suit someone who is organised, numerically confident, and has excellent attention to detail.
Salary & Hours:
- £13.00 per hour (starting rate)
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a company vehicle to deliver and collect goods from external partners and customers
- Ensuring all loads are secured safely in accordance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Operating marking equipment, including dot matrix and laser systems
- Cleaning components to remove dirt and grease
- Assembling components as required
- Packing goods to a consistently high standard
- Storing stock within an automated storage system
- Accurately counting goods inwards and outwards
- Maintaining accurate records within the company’s ERP system
- Carrying out additional duties appropriate to the role following suitable training
Skills & Experience Required:
- Clean driving licence (Applicants must be aged 30 for insurance purposes)
- Previous van driving experience preferred
- Good with numbers and high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (ERP system experience advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid FLT Licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) desirable but not essential
