We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales & Logistics Manager to join a well-established, internationally operating manufacturing business based in Dronfield. This is a key replacement hire, offering stability, progression, and real autonomy.

The Role

As Sales & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer demand, coordinating logistics activity, and ensuring production planning aligns with sales forecasts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer orders and accounts end-to-end
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand with supply chain capability
  • Coordinating international transport, warehousing, and inventory
  • Managing raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods
  • Ensuring compliance with REACH regulations, commodity codes, and international shipping requirements
  • Using ERP systems (Infor M3 experience is essential)
  • Preparing annual budgets and reporting performance
  • Presenting at monthly management meetings and bi-annual board meetings
  • Attending and presenting at sales and logistics meetings across Europe

You’ll also support across wider business functions when required, including general administrative tasks — this is a collaborative, hands-on environment where flexibility matters.

The Candidate

We’re looking for a Sales & Logistics Manager who is commercially switched on, operationally strong, and confident working in an international setting.

You must have:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping and compliance
  • Experience using ERP systems (Infor M3 highly desirable)
  • Confidence presenting to senior management
  • A full, valid passport and willingness to travel within Europe
