We're currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established company offering competitive rates of pay and long-term career prospects.
Shift Pattern:
- 6:00am - 3:00pm
- 8:00am - 5:00pm
- 11:00am - 8:00pm
The Role:
- Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Moving goods and materials around the warehouse and yard.
- Supplying stock to production or dispatch areas.
- Carrying out stock movements and inventory tasks.
- Completing daily equipment checks.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Requirements:
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
