Warehouse Operative
Location: Markham Vale, Chesterfield
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Shifts: 10am-6pm or 8am-4pm
Contract: 12 weeks temp to perm
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established and growing business based in Markham Vale, Chesterfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term position within a supportive working environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Preparing goods for dispatch and shipment.

Loading and unloading deliveries.

Moving and organising stock safely throughout the warehouse.

Labelling, checking and preparing goods prior to dispatch.

Supporting daily warehouse and dispatch operations.

Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational deadlines.

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
