- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Practical and hands-on with a positive attitude.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work.
- Happy working both indoors and outdoors.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen to learn new skills and develop within the business.
Previous experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
- Stores or warehouse operations.
- Stock control and inventory management.
- Goods-in and goods-out.
- Engineering, manufacturing or construction.
- Plant hire or infrastructure environments.
- Forklift truck operation.
A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
What's on Offer?
- £26,436.80 – £27,040 per annum, depending on experience.
- Permanent position from the outset.
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Early finish every Friday.
- Free on-site car parking.
- Genuine career progression opportunities.
- Opportunity to progress into an engineering role.
- Training and development with the opportunity to gain additional industry tickets and qualifications.
- Increased earning potential as you develop your skills.
- Supportive team environment.
- Annual bonus potential.
Career Progression
This is more than just a Stores Person position. The business is keen to invest in the right individual and provide opportunities to develop their skills within the engineering and infrastructure industry. For someone who is motivated to learn and progress, there is the opportunity to gain several additional qualifications and industry tickets, potentially opening the door to an engineering-based role and increased salary over time.
