Inspiring, motivating and managing teams across multiple locations to achieve outstanding performance Managing budgets effectively, identifying opportunities to drive financial growth and maximise profitability Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders while maintaining clear and effective communication across all sites Producing management reports and working collaboratively with clients to deliver innovative, customer-focused menu solutions Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety legislation, environmental policies and all relevant legal requirements Promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing and duty of care for both customers and colleagues The ingredients you'll bring... Proven experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels A proactive, self-motivated and innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Previous experience within multi-site contract catering Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving performance What's on the menu for you...
