Role Description
The Area Support Manager is a full-time, term time only, hybrid role based around the Greater Guildford and Surrey area, United Kingdom.
An ideal opportunity for a site chef manager to step into the next part of their career progression.
Working with a fabulous Operations Manager, This role oversees multiple catering sites, ensuring consistent delivery of fresh, healthy meals and high standards of food safety, quality, and customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting site managers, covering sites in the event of absence or sickness, monitoring performance and compliance, and assisting the ops manager with training and development of on-site teams. The Area Support Manager will visit locations regularly, handle operational issues, and also liaise with clients.
The role also involves reporting on site performance, supporting implementation of company policies, and ensuring smooth operation across the assigned area.

- Some experience in training, and supporting team members to achieve performance and service standards is beneficial.
- Competence with basic IT tools (email, spreadsheets, reporting systems) and willingness to use company systems for documentation and monitoring.
- Ability to travel for work regularly across the Greater Guildford and Surrey Area.
