Our client is a UK leading food processor based near Pontefract specialising in pre-prepared products, catering to places such as supermarkets and food service providers. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Manager to join their team.
As the Training Manager your job is to lead the learning and development of all staff across the business, driving a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, whilst maintaining 'audit ready' standards of compliance with food safety regulations and your own training records. You will create and maintain up to date records, performing regular Training Needs Analysis to support the development of the company workforce, researching new initiatives and being up to date with any legislative changes.
As part of this role, you will take an active lead in business communications with its team members, creating a consistent and engaging 'voice' of the company, allowing messages to be communicated effectively to colleagues of all levels.
