A brand-new opportunity for an Industrial Services Coordinator to work for a long-running and innovative company in North Lincolnshire.
This is a temporary contract for an initial 12-month period.
Accountable on site for catalyst handling, industrial cleaning activities, high pressure water jetting, drain cleaning, tanker and gulper operations, and the safe delivery of all waste disposal services.
Duties
Ensures safety is prioritised in all aspects of work execution, including permit compliance, risk assessments, MSDS adherence, Take Time reviews, and method statements where applicable.
Provides field supervision for contracted services within their area of responsibility.
Ensures contractors are utilised effectively and safely in the field.
Offers operational support and cover for the Supervisor when required.
Maintains, oversees, and is accountable for the operation of the catalyst shed and yard.
Maintains, oversees, and is accountable for the operation of the jet bay.
Works collaboratively with the Discipline Supervisor, Schedulers, and Area Planner to ensure schedules and task lists are accurately updated.
Drives improvements to PPMs through active supervision and feedback.
Executes minor maintenance tasks and provides support to Operations for minor maintenance activities.
The Candidate Knowledge and practical experience in high‐pressure water jetting, catalyst handling, tank and vessel cleaning, and tanker operations.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Working knowledge of HSE legislation.
Experience supervising work groups in the field.
Familiarity with contract terms and conditions.
Working knowledge of refinery layout and site topography.
Demonstrated experience in plant maintenance.
Proven technical competence.
Strong time‐management skills.
IOSH trained.
Full driving licence.
Able to work at height and enter confined spaces.
Team Player with strong interpersonal skills.
Task Focused with flexibility.
Good communication skills both written & oral Good problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills.
