We are currently recruiting for a Senior Waiter/Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic May Fair Bar.
Overview:- Deliver polished, attentive, and personalised service throughout the guest journey.
- Lead by example on the floor, supporting junior team members during busy service.
- Provide expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and premium bar offerings.
- Manage table service with efficiency, accuracy, and a warm, confident presence.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest care.
- Support the management team in maintaining a smooth, elegant operation.
- Previous experience in a premium or luxury bar environment.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for mixology and high-end service.
- Confident, polished communication and a natural flair for hospitality.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support junior colleagues.
