We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. This is an amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel. The hours for this role are based on 12 shifts on a 4 days on 3 days off rota basis.
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for night reception and lobby hosting, ensuring a smooth guest experience at night. You will handle all aspects of the guest journey from check-in and out, rooming, and helping with luggage where necessary. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting all guests in a pleasant manner.
- Handling cash payments and float in accordance with company standards.
- Responding to all guest communication professionally, ensuring personalisation and customisation to ensure a high level of service excellence.
- Assisting with the daily completion of administration tasks within the department.
- Ensuring that all guest needs and requirements are fulfilled during their stay.
- Promoting amenities and food and beverage outlets and arranging in-house amenities as required.
- Gathering information about guests to update our database for a truly personal service.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards.
About You: Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation. Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus is preferred. You should demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, with an impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
