Overview: Lead and supervise a team of Waiters and Event Servers during meetings and events. Ensure all functions are delivered in line with the hotel's luxury service standards. Brief team members before service, allocating duties and ensuring operational readiness. Maintain exceptional guest engagement and respond promptly to requests and feedback. Oversee the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events and banqueting functions. Liaise with the Kitchen, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction throughout events. Assist with training and coaching team members to enhance performance and service excellence.
