We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic May Fair Bar.
Overview:- An amazing opportunity to join the team at The May Fair Bar, our iconic 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Waiter/Waitress.
- You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain all food and drink items to guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
- You will read the needs of tables and serve them as per their preferences.
- You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
- You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
- You will take payment in accordance with company procedures.
- As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco, and Micros.
- Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end food-led operation is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- A passion for food and beverage, serving guests, and providing outstanding hospitality.
