We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager - Business Travel to join Edwardian Hotels London.
Overview:An amazing opportunity to join the Sales Team at Edwardian Hotels London as a Sales Manager - Business Travel. You will perform a key role in driving business from corporate business travel and TMC's to achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals. You will be responsible for the proactive, strategic and efficient management of direct corporate and 3rd party account portfolio associated with this sector.
You will ensure day to day business relationships with clients both management and bookers and the business development of new client relationships. You will be responsible for achieving a year on year increase in revenue from direct corporate accounts and 3rd party accounts to enhance profitability of contracted business at Edwardian Hotels London.
This role will lead and manage all sales activities linked to their account portfolio and will be responsible for growing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders through efficiency and industry knowledge. You will be responsible for expanding the network of contacts and bookers, monitoring competition and working on increasing our share for all of the accounts you manage.
You will conduct effective site inspections and presentations, business reviews with clients and conduct accurate sales reporting using the business analytics and reporting tools adopted at Edwardian Hotels London.
About You:You will have proven experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the corporate market. You will be at ease with building relationships and be an effective communicator. You will be able to read and analyse business analytical data with a view to forming a strategic future plan for your segment. You will be confident to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
You will ensure that you have profound knowledge of our hotels and all of their facilities to be able to provide the highest service levels.
