We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager for our 5 Star hotel, The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview: An amazing opportunity to join the Front of House team at The May Fair Hotel as a Reception Manager. As a Reception Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the lobby operation ensuring a high level of service is always maintained and expectations are exceeded. Your focus will be on service delivery as guest satisfaction is paramount within this role. You will be responsible for leading the lobby team to establish a highly motivated and winning team.
About You: Proven track record of overseeing a busy reception as a reception supervisor or hotel duty management experience is required within a 4 or 5 Star hotel. Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus. Be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading, coaching and developing a team. It is essential you have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
