We are currently recruiting for Meetings and Events Waiter/ess to join The Londoner and its standout Meetings and Events operations team. Please note that this role is currently available on a zero hours basis.

Overview:
  • Provide polished, attentive service during meetings, conferences, and banqueting events.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a warm, professional presence.
  • Assist with setting up event spaces, ensuring layouts, equipment, and amenities meet exact specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to 5 star standards, maintaining accuracy, timing, and presentation.
  • Work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Culinary teams to deliver seamless events.
  • Uphold service standards for The Londoner in every interaction.
About You:
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within meetings, events, or banqueting.
  • A polished, professional manner with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, guest-focused approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering world-class service.
