Due to a recent internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer to support the Human Resources function at our 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview: An amazing opportunity to join our Human Resources Team as a Human Resources Officer. The role will involve partnering with the Human Resources Manager, Heads of Departments, and Hotel General Manager to achieve customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction goals. You will ensure that you are consistently giving feedback and setting the tone for all HR directives and initiatives communicated via the Group Human Resources Director. As Human Resources Officer, you will work with the hotel management team on employee engagement and employee relations initiatives and best practices.
About You: Current Human Resources experience within a hotel or similar environment. You should be able to demonstrate experience in a complete range of HR practices including recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations. Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written and can liaise with staff at all levels.
