We are currently recruiting for a Host/Hostess for our 5 Star, The May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection Hotel. This role is located within our exclusive May Fair Bar.
Overview:An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and our exclusive May Fair Bar operation as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for supporting the team and operation with restaurant reservations and table allocations, ensuring the service and operation remains seamless. The role will involve dealing with VIP bookings and special requests, assisting with training for new team members, and ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.
About You:- Previous experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential, ideally as Host/Hostess.
- Be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco, and Micros.
- Be able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with the latest food trends.
