We are currently recruiting for a Head Host/Hostess for our exclusive May Fair Bar located within our 5 Star The May Fair, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels at our destination and exclusive May Fair Bar as a Head Host/Hostess. The May Fair Bar is located within our stunning 5 Star May Fair Hotel. As Head Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for supervising the host/hostesses within the team, assisting with staff training, and ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times. Support the bar and front of house team by coordinating and ensuring the overall flow of the service is seamless.
About You:
- Previous experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential ideally as Host/Hostess.
- Be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros.
- Be able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
