We are currently recruiting for an F & B & Spa Assistant to join our stunning Spa and Health Club, The Retreat at The Londoner Hotel.
Overview:An amazing opportunity to join our Spa team at The Londoner Hotel as an F & B & Spa Assistant. As a Spa Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Spa is kept clean and tidy and that guests and members using the Spa have everything they need. You will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting when stock levels get too low. You will serve healthy snacks and refreshments to guests from the Refuel bar. You will also promote and sell the services of The Spa when speaking to guests to ensure that you maximise potential for all sales.
About you:Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required or an interest in developing a career within this field. Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision. As a Spa Host, you must be able to demonstrate good computer skills and telephone manner. A good level of spoken and written communication is required.
