We are currently looking for an Events and Groups Planning Executive to join our Sales team at The Londoner. The role takes on the responsibility of supporting the Events Planning Team with delivering the administrative responsibilities to support Group Arrivals & Stays at the hotel.

Overview:

  • As Events and Groups Planning Executive, you will work closely with all departments in the hotel with the sole purpose of delivering bespoke service at all times.
  • You will assist with administrative tasks to support the Sales team with the conversion of Groups.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences at all times, adding further value to each guest's journey and bringing the Londoner core values to life.
  • Be mindful of, and promote, hotel amenities, food and beverage outlets and services, and arrange in-house services as required.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of Group Resumes with the correct information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all payments are taken and actioned as necessary for pre-payments and online extranet payments.

About You:

  • Previous experience in the same or similar role is ideal.
  • A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Understands how to use IT applications: EHL Apps, Microsoft applications, Touchpoint, Delphi.
  • Advanced ability to use Opera and multi platforms for data acquisition (PMS, Intranet, Preferred Platform, Google, Linkedin, ReviewPRO etc).
  • Maintains excellent telephone communication etiquette.
  • Impeccable command of English.
