We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our main kitchen team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

We are expanding our brigade and currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will support the senior chefs in delivering a high level of cuisine while working alongside our highly skilled chefs. Your role will involve leading a section within the kitchen, ensuring that food is produced to an exceptional standard and as per company standards. You will be expected to direct and coach the junior brigade team members, ensuring they also achieve the food standards and quality required during service and preparation.

About You:

You will demonstrate passion and culinary standards within a high calibre fast-paced environment. You should have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve the required results. Understanding the importance of teamwork and being able to work well with others is essential.
