We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Restaurant Manager for our Signature Restaurant at The Londoner.
Overview:An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner team as Breakfast Manager for our Signature all-day dining restaurant. The role will involve ensuring a high level of service is delivered during the breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. Achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant. Direct the restaurant operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded seeking opportunity to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You:Experienced Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Management experience within a 5-star hotel operation. Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management with a strategic approach. Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results. Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
