We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping Team at The 5 Star Iconic May Fair Hotel.
Overview:An amazing opportunity to join the team in Housekeeping at The May Fair Hotel as a Housekeeper. This role comes with excellent training and fast track career progression. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping team, ensuring standards are maintained and delivered at all times within both rooms and public areas. You will provide clear feedback to Room Attendants and House Stewards if areas are not up to the required standards and will provide training where necessary. You will ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations.
About You:- Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- The ability to lead, train, coach and develop a team.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members.
- Understands the importance of teamwork and works collaboratively with other departments.
