Overview: Lead and motivate the waiting team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Ensure smooth and efficient service throughout each shift. Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and memorable experience. Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service standards. Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest requests effectively. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
