We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/ Waitress for the May Fair Kitchen at the 5 star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview: An amazing opportunity to join the team at the May Fair Kitchen as a Head Waiter/ess As a Head Waiter/ Waitress you will support the Floor Manager to direct the service team within your section to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.

You will be fully competent with all menu items and confidently be able to explain the dining concept to guests.

You will take orders correctly making a clear note of all allergens.

You will understanding timing of dishes and make food orders accordingly.

You will be able to read the needs of tables in order to understand their service preferences.

You will support the cashing up and closing process of your shift and take steps to rectify any errors.
