We are now seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead our Front Office team and ensure every guest receives a seamless, memorable stay.
Overview- Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Reception and Front Desk teams.
- Ensure a flawless guest journey, from check‑in to check‑out, maintaining the highest luxury service standards.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate our Front Office Team.
- Resolve guest queries and complaints with professionalism, discretion, and grace.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and F&B to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor performance KPIs, guest feedback, and service quality scores, implementing improvements where needed.
- Manage billing processes, VIP arrivals, and special requests with meticulous attention to detail.
- Uphold brand values and ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager in a luxury 4 or 5‑star hotel.
- A natural leader with strong people‑management and coaching skills.
- Warm, polished, and confident in guest-facing situations.
- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
- Expert knowledge of Opera PMS (or similar).
- Calm under pressure, solutions‑focused, and committed to outstanding hospitality.
- Ability to inspire a team to consistently exceed expectations.
