Overview
An Amazing opportunity to join our Spa team at The May Fair Hotel as a Spa Receptionist. The role of Spa Receptionist is responsible for Opening/Closing Procedures when on duty. As a Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting low stock levels. You are also expected to set the highest standard at all times in professionalism, appearance and attitude as expected. Promote and sell the services of The Spa Centre and maximise the potential of all sales.
About you
Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required or an interest in developing a career within this field. Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision. As a Spa Host you must be able to demonstrate good computer skills and telephone manner. A good level of spoken and written communication is required.
