An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a Night Receptionist. The hours for this role are based on 12 shifts on a 4 days on 3 days off rota basis.

As a Night Receptionist you will be responsible for night reception and lobby hosting ensuring a smooth guest experience at night.

You will handle all aspects of the guest journey from check in and out, rooming and helping with luggage where necessary.

Greets all guests in a pleasant manner.

Handles cash payments and float in accordance with the company standards.

Responds to all guest communication professionally ensuring personalisation and customisation to ensure a high level of service excellence.

Assists with the daily completion of administration tasks within the department.

Ensures that all guest needs and requirements are fulfilled during their stay and they are made to feel as valued guests.

Promotes amenities and food and beverage outlets and arranges in house amenities as and when required.

Gathers information about guests in order to update our data base to make proactive use of guest details to provide a truly personal service.

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.

Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
