Welcome to The Londoner, a boutique hotel designed to offer premium hospitality experiences across 15 floors. Located in the heart of Leicester Square, we invite hospitality professionals to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our guests. This position is zero-hr and available on a flexible basis.
Overview
- Provide polished, attentive service during meetings, conferences, and banqueting events.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a warm, professional presence.
- Assist with setting up event spaces, ensuring layouts, equipment, and amenities meet exact specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to 5‑star standards, maintaining accuracy, timing, and presentation.
- Work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Culinary teams to deliver seamless events.
- Uphold service standards for The Londoner in every interaction.
About You
- Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within meetings, events or banqueting.
- A polished, professional manner with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, guest‑focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.
