We are currently recruiting for an M&E Senior Event Manager to oversee the Meetings and Events Operations at The Londoner.

This role involves delivering high-end events and meetings in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the efficient running of the Meetings and Events operations and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Supporting the team in delivering precise and accurate event execution.
  • Leading, creating, and maintaining a motivated Meetings and Events team, including Event Managers and Beverage Manager.
  • Handling complaints and feedback promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Recruiting, coaching, and supporting team members to enhance guest experience and teamwork.

About You:

  • Extensive knowledge of Meetings and Events management within a multi-million-pound, 5-star hotel environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, logistics, management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results independently.
  • Confident communicator capable of establishing rapport effectively.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
