We are currently recruiting for a Meetings and Events Operations Manager at the 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:

  • An amazing opportunities has arisen to join The Meeting and Events Operations Team at The May Fair Hotel as a Meetings and Events Operations Manager. This role reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • As a Meetings and Events Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all events from an operational perspective with attention to detail and precision at all times.
  • You will be responsible for leading a large team, including event managers, ensuring they are coached and developed alongside the floor team.
  • You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to ensure the execution of the event is seamless and exceeding our guest expectations making all guests feel special.

About You:

  • You must have previous Events Operations experience within a similar environment, this role may suit an Assistant Meetings and Events Operations Manager looking for the next step in their career.
  • Previous experience of IT applications including Opera and Office 365.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
