Room Attendant Zero Hour Contract in Manchester

The Edwardian Manchester Hotel is recruiting for a Room Attendant on a zero‑hour basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and completed in a timely manner.
• Work as a team and support colleagues where necessary, including ad‑hoc housekeeping duties.
• Greet every guest warmly, assisting with their needs or directing them to the appropriate colleague.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in line with company values and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a 5‑star hotel, is required; training will be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong customer‑service skills.
• Basic command of English is required.
• Positive attitude and approach to work.
• Understanding of teamwork and collaboration.
