We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer to support the Human Resources function at our 5 Star Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
Overview- Support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a seamless and supportive host experience
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction for all department
- Deliver and support training programmes that enhance skills, service standards, and compliance
- Support L&D Administration for the London properties.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and reporting
- Be a trusted point of contact for hosts, offering guidance with professionalism and discretion
- Support engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture of excellence
- Experience in HR or training within hospitality or a similar fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a passion for people
- A proactive, organised approach with exceptional attention to detail
