Overview
  • Maintain constant awareness of hotel activity, ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees, and assets
  • Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and perimeter zones
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
  • Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and alarm panels in accordance with hotel protocols
  • Support the management of lost property, incident reporting, and daily security logs
  • Assist with VIP arrivals, high‑profile events, and crowd management when required
  • Enforce hotel policies while delivering exceptional guest service
  • Liaise with external emergency services when necessary
About You

You Will Ideally Have
  • Previous experience in hotel security, corporate security, or a similar guest‑facing role
  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner
  • The ability to remain composed under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Excellent observational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
