As Reservations Agent you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of room reservations and other ancillary revenue to customers via telephone, e‑mail or other channels deemed appropriate by the company.

Utilize customer‑service and sales skills to identify guest needs, make accurate reservations that provide the optimal experience for our guests while maximizing revenue potential.

Ensure information is accurately recorded in the appropriate systems and customers are provided with excellent service delivery as determined by the company standards.

Serve as the guest advocate, ensuring all guests’ needs are met from the initial booking to follow‑up.

About You

  • Current reservations experience within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural telephone sales ability, including closing skills and an effective tone of voice.
  • Ability to listen effectively and position hotels to meet guests’ needs.
  • High level of hotel product and services knowledge.
  • Ability to generate revenue by all means available.
  • Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, including Opera.
