Edwardian Hotels London is looking for an experienced Group Commercial Heating & Plant Engineer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the commercial heating, hot water, and plant systems across our prestigious portfolio of luxury hotels and commercial properties. The Role
As a Group Commercial Heating & Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and cost-effective maintenance, installation, and repair services for a wide range of commercial heating and plant equipment throughout the Edwardian Hotels London estate. Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing, repairing, and installing commercial gas, oil, and solid-fuel heating systems.
- Carrying out plumbing and mechanical services works as required.
- Supporting the Group Property Manager in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintaining commercial heating, hot water, and plant systems to the highest standards.
- Liaising closely with Design Teams, Project Managers, and Senior Management Teams.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering standards across the group.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a qualified and motivated engineer with experience in commercial mechanical services and heating systems.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Current ACS Qualifications.
- Commercial Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
- Commercial Gas Qualifications.
- Domestic Gas Qualifications.
- Industrial Gas Qualifications.
- LPG Gas Qualifications.
- COMCAT 1, 3 & 5 qualifications.
- Proven experience with Commercial Heating and Hot Water Systems.
- Plumbing and pipework experience including:
- Copper pipework
- Steel pipework
- Pipe threading
- Mechanical pressing systems
