We are currently recruiting for an Events and Groups Sales Co-ordinator to join the team at The Londoner Hotel. Your main responsibilities will be to provide critical administration support to the Events and Groups team.

Your Responsibilities
  • The Events and Groups Sales Co-ordinator will support the Events and Groups department by co-ordinating internal and external communications, assisting with sales processes and managing event logistics.
  • You will assist sales managers with the distribution of sales leads.
  • You will respond to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and assist managers with putting together and sending proposals along with contract and event orders.
  • You will ensure that client records are maintained and up to date in the hotel's CRM system.
  • You will support with site inspections, client walkthroughs and fam trips when needed as well as following up with clients for post-event feedback.
  • You will manage all internal bookings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 1 year experience within 4 or 5 star hotels.
  • You will have strong organisational, multi-tasking and customer service skills.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.
