Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge services to guests during their stay.
- Assist with taxi bookings, reservations, and general enquiries.
- Deliver The Londoner standards of service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Current concierge experience within a 5‑star hotel environment in London.
- Local area knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid UK driving licence.
