We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager for The Stage at The Londoner. The Stage offers our guests an exclusive Champagne Bar, which also serves a high-end afternoon tea, followed by charcuterie in the evening.

Overview:

As Floor Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for The Stage through upselling and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for directing the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implement and develop strategies to improve where necessary alongside the management team. Be responsible for ensuring staff training plans are in place for new team members alongside the Bar Manager.

About You:

In-depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends; experience of afternoon teas and champagne would be advantageous. To be considered for this role of Bar Manager you must be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills. Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills and precision. Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations.
