Overview
- Maintain constant awareness of hotel activity, ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees, and assets
- Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and perimeter zones
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
- Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and alarm panels in accordance with hotel protocols
- Support the management of lost property, incident reporting, and daily security logs
- Assist with VIP arrivals, high‑profile events, and crowd management when required
- Enforce hotel policies while delivering exceptional guest service
- Liaise with external emergency services when necessary
About You

You Will Ideally Have
- Previous experience in hotel security, corporate security, or a similar guest‑facing role
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence
- Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner
- The ability to remain composed under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Excellent observational skills and a proactive mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
