We are currently recruiting for a Concierge to join our Concierge Team at The Londoner, our 5 Star Luxury Hotel.
OverviewAn amazing opportunity has arisen to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner as a Concierge team member. The role of Concierge is an integral role and key to the success of The Londoner Concierge team. As Concierge, you will support and offer excellent concierge services to our guests during their stay. You will be responsible for assisting our guests with taxi bookings, reservations, and general enquiries. You will be expected to deliver The Londoner standards at all times.
About You- Current concierge experience within a 5 Star hotel environment within London.
- Local area knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Competitive salary.
- 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays increasing with long service.
