Overview
- An amazing opportunity to join the popular 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Commis Waiter/Waitress for our exclusive May Fair Bar.
- As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards.
- As a Commis Waiter/Waitress be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
- You will communicate effectively and respectively to guests at all times and will have full knowledge of the restaurant menu.
- You will deliver all service standards in accordance with the brand standards.
- You will ensure that tables are cleared, all areas are clean and tidy and you will prepare all equipment and mis en place accordingly.
About You
- Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is preferred however training can be provided.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
- A Passion for food and beverage and being there to serve guests in general.
