We are currently recruiting for a Commis Pastry Chef to join us at The Londoner to work alongside our very talented Pastry Team.
Overview
An amazing opportunity to join our The Londoner Pastry team. As Pastry Commis Chef you will support the Senior chefs in the implementation of the Signature Restaurant Concept. You will work with the brigade to ensure a high level of pastry items and cakes are always executed in the restaurant. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded, seeking opportunity to improve guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service.
About You
- Have a good level of food product knowledge and an understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Has good command of English language.
- Holds a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
- Has 3 months minimum experience working in a kitchen, ideally within the pastry environment.
- Demonstrates passion and culinary standards, ideally within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
