Welcome to The Londoner, a boutique-style hotel with extensive scale and ambition, located in Leicester Square. We are seeking hospitality professionals to join our team and elevate our guest experience while advancing their careers.

Recognized as a Great Place to Work, we prioritize the wellbeing and development of our staff. Currently, we are recruiting for a Chief F & B Steward to join the Back of House team.

Overview:

  • The Chief F&B Steward will oversee the smooth operation of the back of house, working alongside the back of house manager.
  • Manage stock takes of cutlery and crockery, ensuring all goods are checked upon receipt.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and developing food and beverage stewards, providing feedback to measure training effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs within the F&B back of house team.
  • Compile health and safety audits in Excel with the back of house manager.

About You:

  • Current supervisory experience in a similar hotel or environment.
  • Ability to prioritize business needs proactively and support the back of house team.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations to assist internal and external clients.
  • Up-to-date with health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
  • Hold at least a CIEH Level Two health and safety qualification.
