We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at The Londoner Hotel.
Overview
We are expanding our brigade. As a Chef de Partie you will support the senior chefs in delivering a high level of cuisine, working alongside our highly skilled chefs; your role will involve leading a section within the kitchen ensuring that food is produced to an exceptional standard and as per company standards. You will be expected to direct and coach the junior brigade team members, ensuring they also achieve the food standards and quality required during service and preparation.
About You
Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a high calibre fast paced environment. Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results. You understand the importance of teamwork and can work well with others.
