The Londoner Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior chefs in delivering a high level of cuisine working alongside highly skilled chefs.
  • Lead a section within the kitchen ensuring that food is produced to an exceptional standard and as per company standards.
  • Direct and coach the junior brigade team members, ensuring they also achieve the required food standards and quality during service and preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a high calibre fast paced environment.
  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Understands the importance of teamwork and is able to work well with others.
